  • Account Executive

    Job Scope and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for overall quality assurance and quality control works that are implemented at site
    • Development and maintenance of company quality systems
    • Monitor QAQC systems for compliance and effectiveness in coordinating and maintaining non-conformance control system including closing out of the non-conformance reports to ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented
    • Liaise with contractors, consultants, sub-contractors and others for QAQC matters
    • Maintain and monitor the quality, risk, audit framework, tools and standards
    • Provide guidance and coaching on QAQC matters


    • Possess a Diploma / Degree in Civil or Building Engineering, Construction or relevant discipline
    • Minimum 8-10 years related experience in implementing quality systems in construction on-site working environment
    • Ability to understand and implement quality systems and documentation specific to project requirements.
    • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
    • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and external parties
    • Ability to perform multi task in a complex operation in a fast-paced environment.

  • Coordinator – Customer Service

    • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in mall, retail or hospitality industry.
    • Willing to work shift duties, weekends and Public Holiday
    • Good command in both written and spoken of English, Bahasa Melayu and/or Mandarin.

  • Centre Manager (Based in Kluang Mall)

    Job Scope and Responsibilities

    Provide overall leadership of the centre, ensuring optimal financial and operational success of themall, overseeing and managing departments on a day-to-day basis, improving KPIs and standards and assessing asset enhancements or other growthopportunities.
    • Reports to the Executive Director
    • Responsible for planning and implementing business plans, refining and monitoring KPIs (planning)
    • Review and set budgets & manage financial reporting
    • Provide overall leadership to the leasing, marketing, operations and administration teams (management)
    • Manage leasing to identify opportunities, build strong relationships with retailers and drive retail sales
    • Manage marketing to identify strategies to improve mall branding, increase customer traffic, dwell time and other KPIs
    • Manage operations to ensure optimal facilities management and maintaining a clean, safe mall and car park environment
    • Oversee debtors management, insurance and other financial matters
    • Ensuring customer feedback and complaints are attended and resolved promptly by relevant departments
    • Establish and maintain good relationships with anchor and key tenants
    • Act as an ambassador of the centre, engaging with the community and other stakeholders via direct contact and the media (PR)
    • Engage with local authorities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws (compliance)
    • Review and recommend changes to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure operational efficiency
    • Initiate market research and monitor competition to ensure market relevancy
    • Plan asset enhancement initiatives and other projects to improve the growth opportunities of the centre or in accordance with the mall life cycle
    • Provide guidance, training and motivation to improve management team performance over time



    Criteria

    • Minimum 10 years experience in the retail sector and/or minimum 3 years management experience in a retail property
    • Degree or Diploma in a business- or property management-related discipline recommended
    • Extensive understanding of retailer brands, market trends and shopper habits
    • Strong analytical and financial skills
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • Proficiency in verbal and written English
    • Verbal fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin required
    • Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Desire to constantly improve and learn



  • Food and Beverage Manager (Based in Kluang Mall)

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the outlet and adhere to the standard of services required.
    • Responsible for outlet budger, analyze and prepare monthly profit and loss statement of outlets.
    • Prepare monthly report, inspection report and other reports as required.
    • Maintaining the highest service standard to quests and patrons.
    • Monitor staff performance, conduct on-the-job training and mentoring for staff.
    • Ensure safety and cleanliness of the outlets at all times.
    • Interact regularly with customer feedback to ensure high level customer service.
    • Prepare plans or proposal to the promotional and marketing aspects for the outlet to increase revenue and profit.
    • Manage stock levels of food, utensils and cutleries to control wastage.


    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality, Hotel Management or any related discipline.
    • Minimum 5 - 8 years of related work experience.
    • Good command of written and spoken English.
    • Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.
    • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Managing cost and quality control.
    • Team player, able to think out of box to achieve desired outcome.
    • Applicant must be Malaysian citizen and willing to work in Kluang Johor.



  • Executive – Marketing (A&P)

    Job Scope and Responsibilities

    • Coordination of advertising and promotional programs, website and social media network updates
    • Develop A & P plan, coordinate and executing of advertising and promotional activities
    • Assist in setting up, dismantling of visual displays at the beginning and end of the events
    • Coordinate varieties of marketing and promotion events to enhance shopper centre traffic
    • Building good working relationship with tenants, vendors and business partners
    • Perform any other ad hoc duties when required



    Requirements

    • Possess a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Studies or any relevant discipline
    • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
    • Resourceful, independent and a fast learner
    • Good negotiation and communication skills
    • Able to meet tight deadlines

  • Operations Manager (Based in Kluang Mall)

    Job Scope and Responsibilities

    • Manage the overall operations of the shopping mall including housekeeping, landscaping, maintenance, security, facilities and building services Plan, manage and supervise daily operations of the mall
    • Manage, review and renew maintenance contracts
    • Ensure periodic preventive mall maintenance initiatives, including M&E services are reviewedand carried out effectively
    • Inspect the interior and exterior of the building on regular basis
    • Responsible for the preparation and collation of management and service reports
    • Maintain responsive communication with tenants
    • Ensure car park management is managed effectively
    • Conduct energy conservation and environment programmes to minimize operational cost
    • Ensure strict building safety, security and housekeeping practices are maintained at all times
    • Provide assistance and guidance on technical and operational matters to the team
    • Ensure compliance and adherence to SOP, Safety & Health legislation



    Requirements

    • Possess Diploma or Degree in Building Services, Facilities Management, M&E or related discipline
    • At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in building management and maintenance in retail, shopping mall or building environment
    • Knowledge in building maintenance regulations is preferred
    • Excellent people management and time management skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Computer literate with good report writing skills
